*Note: 2 Separate Servers were tried using the same hardware configuration.
Whenever the "reboot" or "shutdown -r" are used the computer shutsdown fine, the monitor stops recieving information from the video card and the network card unlinks.
However, the computer never boots back up. So reboot has become a straight shutdown.
