There is no requirement for using the Demon image on the CD boxed set.

The boxed sets are created by distributors that have no financial requirement
to contribute to The FreeBSD Project.  FreeBSD is Free Software meaning that
anybody can take the distribution ISO and press a few thousand copies and
start selling it and put whatever image they want on the box.

You should propose it to some of the CD distributors.
