Well, close enough that we can use the same ${OSVERSION}.

Right, but then we'll have an if/else if/else (because bsd.port.mk still
needs to support earlier 4.x that don't have sed -i).  Not saying I
don't think you should MFC it, just pointing out that I think the way
REINPLACE_CMD is implemented now is fine.
