it Probably means that you are running a kernel that is not in sync
with the src in your /usr/src

do csup -g -L 2 -h cvsup15.freebsd.org /usr/share
examples/cvsup/standard-supfile

then build your kernel && install your kernel

uninstall the Virtualbox port and rebuild it. all will work
