It does list on outlet in Texas but it's in Austin and if I remember my geography right Austin is a long way from Monterrey, Mexico. There are several US national chain stores that do carry FreeBSD. Borders books and Barnes & Noble. Of course, Walnut Creek will be happy to sell you a copy through the post.
