As reported in {The Australian} the actual case of Trumpet International 
Software vs Ozemail hinged on the distribution of copies of Trumpet 
Winsock in an Ozemail trial disk bundled in a magazine.  Trumpet had 
prior warning of the distribution and specifically asked Ozemail to pay 
or refrain. Ozemail went ahead with the distribution anyway, so Trumpet 
filed suit.
