It looks like the calls look like this: ath_legacy_rxbuf_init() bus_dmamap_load_mbuf_sg() _bus_dmamap_load_buffer() _bus_dmamap_reserve_pages() reserve_bounce_pages() I have added a printf at the start of alloc_bounce_pages() and it seems that it is only called (twice) when ath0 is probed. Is bus_dma_tag_t dmat, the first argument to alloc_bounce_pages(), common for the whole pci bus? Could the printf have changed something or was it just coincidence?
