The ISO9660 filesystem is not designed for writing, but only
for static data.  It doesn't even support fragmentation of
files or appending to an existing file, AFAIR.  So it's not
really feasible to add R/W support to the cd9660 driver.

For a DVD-RAM, the best thing right now is probably to use a
UFS, since we lack support for the native DVD-RAM filesystem
specification (I don't remember its name).
