When I try to make documentation project (en_US.ISO8859-1 and
ru_RU.KOI8-R) I have following error

If you try to run it again, this file is processing, but it fails about 10
times. System is fresh 5.1-CURRENT built 20031104. Ghostscript was made
with A4=yes option. docproj is docproj-jadetex-1.11
