Hi,

a P90 is considered a very low end PCs get a PII 333 8)

If you can get a good camera aim the camera at a steady scene with
fixed lighting then measure the bandwith across all systems and 
yes you are correct getting a faster system it is now going to fix
the bandwith problem that you are experiencing .

Try to use the default values for vic 128kb/sec and 8 frames /sec on 
all systems.
