I don't know what kind of weird formatting you used for your e-mail,
but it only shows up for me as an attachment, which I can't quote. The
answer to your question is that yes, you just make a new db file for the
new zone manually, then add it to your named.conf file as a master zone.
There is no script for this, unless you have created one.
