Ah, I should have mentioned that: there is about 8 GB available on /vol4, on /usr there is 3 GB, / 300 MB, so I don't think it's worth trying on another disk... BTW, It looks like the problem is in the ioctl_includes=`` - it never gets any further. (Checked with echo's.)
