Does crypto count? Cryptix is its most recent release (3.0.3)
is compatible with the Sun JCE format 1.1. Code is currently
best acquired from www.cryptix.org. The distribution is prepared
on FreeBSD, and checked on Linux/NT/Solaris/W95.

State of play is that a 1.2 format is being worked on.
