You can find ISO images for FreeBSD at
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES.  Last time I
checked there were ISO images for 3.4-R, 3.5.1-R, 4.0-R and 4.1-R.

You don't have to use floppies to install FreeBSD.  If the system you're
running from supports booting from CDs, then you can boot from the CD to
start the installation process.
