I also subscribed to this list but this is the first post I have
seen since a few years now.  If someone is using or learning
about FreeBSD, I'd be interested to hear about this (and get some
insights in how FreeBSD is taught)

which is directly dedicated to learning about BSD operating
systems with additional reading material.
