https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=202097 Bug ID: 202097 Summary: [EFI] boot/loader.efi: efinet regression Product: Base System Version: 11.0-CURRENT Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: ganael.laplanche@corp.ovh.com Hi Doug, Revision r277943 (a modification to the efinet_match() function within sys/boot/efi/libefi/efinet.c) broke netbooting on my machine. The netbooting process ends up with the following message displayed : panic: netboot: no interfaces left untried --> Press a key on the console to reboot <-- Reverting the change allows the machine loading the kernel again. With the change reverted, I can read the following variables from within loader.efi : currdev=net0: loaddev=net0: The machine has a Supermicro X9SRi-F motherboard with an Intel i350 *Dual Port* NIC. Best regards, Ganael. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
