Change 97439 by jb@jb_freebsd2 on 2006/05/19 01:32:10

Add the Statically Defined Tracing (SDT) provider for DTrace. This
relies on the backend kernel support for probe registration/deregistration.

I've put this file under the BSD license because it bears absolutely
no resemblence to Sun's 'sdt' providers. I won't explain the difference
here because Sun's engineers take my comments in commit messages like
this as an attack on them.
