Hi,

FreeBSD 2.2.6, Pentium, ample RAM.

When I log into a telnet session as ANY user it gives: 

------snip-------------------------------
You have mail.
csh: Permission denied: Permission denied
csh: Trying to start from "/home/user001"
% 
% pwd
pwd: Permission denied
%
------snip-------------------------------

How do I debug/fix this?
