-doc, There seems to be a consensus forming over the past 24 hours or so that breaking out a chunk of the Handbook in to a "Developer's Handbook" (and probably a "Porters Handbook" would be a good thing. Unless there are any objections, I'll do this in about 36-48 hours. If you think there's a problem with this, please reply to this message. Don't worry if you haven't got time to put together a detailed response, a simple "I want to talk about this some more, please wait" will do fine, we can pick it up again when you've got more time.
