Did you create a soft link to your jdk class directory?
{hasty} pwd
/mnt/java/JWS
{hasty} ls -ald JDK
lrwxr-xr-x 1 hasty wheel 33 Mar 28 18:36 JDK ->
/usr/local/jdk1.1.5/javasrc/build
