I have rrdtool plotting graphs for me for system performance, memory, cpu etc, and about 4:30 AM, my cpu utilization goes through the roof. I know this is amanda (backup) doing this as it runs at this time, but I am curious to know if there are any utilities that can *watch* the system at night and report what did what and when. Perhaps something that can report if something uses xx% of cpu, or xxMB of memory? Tks, Steve
