Oops, that was an unanticipated side-effect of switching to ezm3.

That's a good idea.  I'll create one before the ports freeze.  I'll
probably call it "cvsup-without-gui".  I'll leave it up to portmgr to
decide which one(s) should go onto the 4.5 install ISOs.
