I think it's just recognizing reality if we say "only bugs, not support questions". With several thousand PRs in the backlog, we cannot realistically hope to deal with all the actual bug reports. IMHO the best that we can do is to a) try to attract developer attention to the relevant ones as they come in, and b) slowly, in the background, go over the backlog. Given that some bug reports are more useful than others :-) Unfortunately with the slow progress I am making on my current task (changes to portsmon to display visual status of packages) I am not making any progress on the "let's talk about bug reports" issue. mcl
