Not necessarily.  It may make sense to make 'package library' =3D=3D
our pkgAPI.  I've got a copy of the libh repository and will take a look
at that part of it to see how it's designed.

poo-poo'ing what you'd done.  Not at all.  We're all on the same
ultimate side here.
