I'm having the same problem here on a Dell R630. E5-2630 v3. All firmware
upgraded. If anyone at FreeBSD needs a R630 box to remotely work on, I'd be
happy to provide access, including iDRAC (IPMI). For now I've disabled x2AP=
IC
in BIOS and it boots.
