Hello,
Here is another proposal for the handbook.
Add the FAQ as to be part of the handbook proper.
I've added the FAQ to the appendix in the printed version of the handbook.
Would anyone be real adverse to this change going into the ascii/html
versions? It makes for a neater setup and compile. (just do a make
in the handbook directory and you get the whole shebang)
