On FreeBSD you'll probably want to run Apache (http://www.apache.org),
and a quick search for "ASP support" on their site reveals:

    http://httpd.apache.org/related_projects.html

with projects related to Apache. One of these is:

    http://www.activescripting.org/html/projects.html

Look at these two pages, and see if anything can fit your needs.

There are many scripting languages that can be used with Apache
though, if you don't really HAVE to use ASP. PHP (http://www.php.net)
and mod_perl (http://perl.apache.org) are two that I can remember off
the top of my head.

I hope this helps,
