Because the O'Reilly site says it changes frequently.  I'd like to get
notice when that happens (yes, I know there are websites that'll do this
for you, but I'd like to give O'Reilly the opportunity to be involved).
Who knows, maybe we can convince them to put it under a BSD license. . .
