I'll let you take your suggestion up with the release > engineers. :) >=20 > Doug >=20 Anything that reduces the number of things I routinely forget to do that doesn't have too big a negative impact is fine with me. If the snapshots were always "done" at the point I upload the ones I do to ftp-master I'd not neglect doing proper announcements and things like updating this page as much as I do. But more often than not I'm not the last one uploading them and at the point I'm told "enough" of them are there to bother doing an announcement I usually don't have enough time to do more than just a quick email message to the relevant mailing lists (and I even miss doing that on occasion though I've gotten a little better about that than before...). And if at the point I send out the email message I don't have time to do the update of this page immediately the odds it will ever get done drops dramatically as you've seen... --=20 Ken Smith - From there to here, from here to | kensmith@cse.buffalo.edu there, funny things are everywhere. | - Theodore Geisel | --=-2j1y0/68sBcEFD0uZvyU Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQBHXUT0/G14VSmup/YRAvkjAJ9oCxsfGzGjyCin1M5FFSAVeqtoygCghhL+ nPQ/ZVdLe9B8Wu/7ObLVLoM= =xuIi -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-2j1y0/68sBcEFD0uZvyU--
