The following reply was made to PR ports/182951; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Kubilay Kocak <koobs.freebsd@gmail.com> To: bug-followup@FreeBSD.org, dt71@gmx.com Cc: Dimitry Andric <dim@freebsd.org> Subject: Re: ports/182951: databases/py-sqlite3: compilation error with Clang Date: Wed, 23 Oct 2013 23:41:46 +1100 dim@ mentions the following thread that provides a little insight into what's happening: http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/cfe-dev/2013-October/032750.html At this point I'm hesitant to suggest or apply workarounds, as the behaviour may change in the near future, and the symptoms are likely to impact a wider number of ports. Having said that, dim@ mentions he's planning a 3.4 snapshot import soon, that your report has served well as a canary in the mine, and that an exp-run is likely warranted.
