I have run a 1.1 jail on a -current system

I need one kernel change.. (make the max PID < 64k)
to be able to make world under 1.1

'ps' and a few others needed to be replaced of course.
you should see a 1.1.5 make world run under a 2.8GHz machine with 4GB
ram..
