In each case it forcibly deletes all the packages from your system, like you asked.

I understood you fine, I just disagree that this is a shocking result when you have specified the “all” and “force” flags.  In fact it is exactly what that command is documented to do and therefore is very far from a violation of the principle of least astonishment.
