start with the mount(8) man page. then read the related ones:

mount_cd9660(8)          - mount an ISO-9660 filesystem
mount_ext2fs(8)          - mount an ext2fs file system
mount_msdos(8)           - mount an MS-DOS file system
mount_nfs(8)             - mount nfs file systems
mount_ntfs(8)            - mount an NTFS file system
mount_null(8)            - mount a loopback filesystem sub-tree; demonstrate
                           the use of a null file system layer
mount_nwfs(8)            - mount NetWare volume from a NetWare file server
mount_portal(8)          - mount the portal daemon
mount_std(8), mount_fdesc(8), mount_kernfs(8), mount_linprocfs(8),
mount_procfs(8) - mount ``standard'' filesystems
mount_umap(8)            - sample file system layer
mount_union(8)           - mount union filesystems
