The EULA says the following: IIRC, in at least the Java JDK ports we do not try to display the EULA within the ports framework. The Makefile logic checks for the distfiles being in /usr/ports/distfiles, and if they are not there displays a message saying 'you must load the distfiles manually from URL:(...) after agreeing to the EULA.' It may be much simpler to do this than to try to put the logic in the Makefile. Please don't forget to set INTERACTIVE in either case :-) mcl
