https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=219470 Bug ID: 219470 Summary: bsdinstall crashes with SIGBUS if there aren't any disks attached to the system Product: Base System Version: CURRENT Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: bin Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: ngie@FreeBSD.org I accidentally setup my VM without a disk, which didn't jive well with bsdinstall. When I got to the autopart stage, it kept on dying (without showing a dialog) with SIGBUS, according to the debug log. I suspect there's an edgecase with the geom mesh handling that isn't being done properly. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.help
