Synopsis: gdb(1): GDB in base of both FreeBSD 6 and 5 is ancient Responsible-Changed-From-To: emaste->freebsd-bugs Responsible-Changed-By: emaste Responsible-Changed-When: Thu Oct 20 01:39:13 UTC 2011 Responsible-Changed-Why: Unassign; I have no current plans to bring in a newer gdb. However there is a later GPLv2 version available - 6.6. If it's a very small effort it is worth bringing it in, but it's looking like lldb is becoming the viable path forward. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=95692
