https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=227548 Bug ID: 227548 Summary: RPI-B msdosfs partition should be bit larger Product: Base System Version: CURRENT Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: arm Assignee: freebsd-arm@FreeBSD.org Reporter: trasz@FreeBSD.org Currently the msdosfs partition on RPI-B SD card images is 17MB, and is 74% full. It's enough to boot, but a bit too small when you want to experiment with different firmware ('bootloader') releases, and there's no easy way around it, apart from recompiling the image myself. Raspbian uses 41MB partition on their release images: => 63 9666497 md0 MBR (4.6G) 63 8129 - free - (4.0M) 8192 85611 1 !12 (42M) 93803 4501 - free - (2.2M) 98304 9568256 2 linux-data (4.6G) I propose to increase our size to the same value. (FIWIW, theirs is 51% full, they use 21MB of it). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
