anyone seeing buffer overflows in sio driver in 2.2.6

/kernel: sio1: 4 more interrupt-level buffer overflows (total 4) 
DIAGNOSTICS: 

sio%d: interrupt-level buffer overflow.  Problem in the bottom half of
     the driver. 

would rebuilding the driver help?
