Just one small q about http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/userppp.html Under 18.2.1.3 Manual Connections it says "...note that, in all of our examples we will use localhost as the hostname of the machine running PPP." But then after running ppp the hostanme is repeatedly "example" not localhost "...We have now started ppp. ppp ON example> " I picked this up easily but considering how well written this doc is it seemed odd to find this.
