Try adding something like the following to your Firefox profile's /chrome/userChrome.css file, and restart Firefox. menuitem[label="Full Screen"] { display: none; } I am not totally sure that will kill the F11 equivalent, but it will remove the menu option and I think take away the fkey as well.
