FreeBSD-15.0-CURRENT-amd64-20250626-dca2ab32e831-278235-disc1.iso

failed twice at 59% of base.txz whilst kernel.txz was pending. UFS. 

A third run got further, maybe 64%, but then I lost control of the host desktop
environment (and the kernel panicked when I attempted to kill a VirtualBox
process).
