Log:
De-orbit DEFS.h - the other arches do not use it, and it got replaced
with <machine/asm.h>.

DEFS.h was a file that just had "#include <machine/asm.h>" in it. It was
no big deal, but would have added a fraction of a second to world build
times. :-)
