Does not works for me.

This work:
MOZ_EXPORT+=    ${CONFIGURE_ENV} \
                                RUSTFLAGS="${RUSTFLAGS}" \
                                PERL="${PERL}" \
                                EXPAND_LIBS_LIST_STYLE="filelist" \
