I hate to ask, so I don't sound like a total idiot...
I know how to revert a patch in svn ('svn update -r {old rev}'), and I
ASSUME its similar in cvs, but, I only see rv numbers for
Makefile,pkg-plist and pkg-message.
so, I am thinking: copy over a backup (rsync -avC --delete
/old/usr/ports/emulators/open-vm-tools/
/cvsdir/ports/emulators/open-vm-tools/)
and committing it.
I can wait till gabor chimes in, but I thought this was important enough
to group reply and risk public ridicule.
