This appears to be a problem with newer revisions of the P2B-DS, for whatever reason. I have older P2B-DS's which do not exhibit this problem on 3.1R, but my new ones do so religiously. Someone offered a "hack" fix that involved modifying clock.c, but also suggested that it was not the right fix or even a safe one. ...
