Needless to say, ntpd can't sync > up with any servers. You almost certainly have a motherboard with bad ACPI (probably for with a K6 processor). Try adding: kern.timecounter.hardware: TSC to /etc/sysctl.conf and rebooting. This has been reported several times now, I wonder if we should add it to the FAQ? David.
