You could try the following:

sync 
sync
halt

That should do it I think.

I am assuming that your post was a joke but if not, you should start by 
reading the FreeBSD handbook at www.freebsd.org and narrowing things down a 
bit since your question is infinitely too vague to get a proper answer.
