And yes Marvell is OEM'ing the card. The only thing novel about Neptune is the unusually large number of TX/RX dma engines - to better cater to sun4v and the fact that the number of dma engines was made asymmetric to use up their transistor budget. Neptune has 24/16 whereas cxgb only has 8/8. I don't know about mxge and Oplin but I'm sure they're similar. -Kip
