Was committed it_IT.ISO8859-1, not it_IT.ISO8859-15.

They're not buildable. Looks like you need to catch up to .ent files
movement across doc/ tree. Also looks like that your handbook translation
is out of date. Are you proposing to synchronize it with current state
of handbook ?
