Sorry.  I normally try to mention which -list I've moved a
message from (-hackers in this case).  I'll send you a copy of
the original (open offer to anyone), but reposting it here is
left at the discretion of Jordan. 

[I can't imagine any reason he would object to reposting it, but
common courtesy, and all...  :-]

It's really not that interesting, and terribly long.
